TenX Archery — Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 September 2026
TenX Archery ("the app") is published by WiseInsur. This policy explains what the app collects, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.
What stays on your device
Your scores, arrow positions, markers, session notes and settings are stored on your iPhone. The app has no cloud sync, so this data is not uploaded to us. Deleting the app deletes it.
What we collect
| Data | Why | Where it is kept |
|---|---|---|
| Email address and an account identifier, provided through Sign in with Apple | To create your account and unlock saving and analysis | Supabase, on servers in the United States |
| Subscription status | To unlock TenX Pro features | Handled by Apple; we receive only whether a subscription is active |
If you use Apple's "Hide My Email", we only ever see the relay address Apple generates for you.
What we do not do
No advertising. No analytics or tracking SDKs. No selling or sharing of personal data. No location collection. No access to your photos, contacts or health data. We never see your payment details — Apple handles payment.
Deleting your account
In the app, open Me → Delete Account. This removes your account and the records tied to it from our servers. Session data already on your device is removed by deleting the app.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it and the updated version appears at this address.
