Units — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 October 2026

Units (“度量” in Chinese; “the app”) is published by Wiseinsur Technology Inc. This policy explains what the app does with your information. The short version: it does not collect any.

What we collect

Nothing. The app has no accounts, no analytics or tracking SDKs and no advertising. We do not collect, store, sell or share personal data.

What stays on your device

Your settings (language, the units and currencies you pinned, reordered or hid) and the most recent exchange rates are stored on your iPhone only. Numbers you type are not saved or sent anywhere. Deleting the app deletes this data.

Exchange rates

To show currency conversions, the app downloads a table of exchange rates from ExchangeRate-API (exchangerate-api.com). The request contains no information about you or what you convert. As with any internet request, that service can see your IP address; its own privacy policy applies to that request.

What we do not do

No location collection. No access to your photos, contacts or health data. No purchases, so no payment information.

Children

The app does not collect data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it and the updated version appears at this address.
