We reply in English or Chinese, usually within two business days. If something is going wrong in the app, telling us your iPhone model, iOS version and what you were doing at the time gets it fixed much faster.

Common questions

Do I need an account to use the app?

No. Scoring, the scorecard, opponent tracking and markers all work without signing in. Signing in with Apple is optional and only adds saving your sessions to history and the arrow-distribution analysis.

I signed in but my old sessions are gone

Sessions are stored on the device, not in the cloud. They are not transferred between iPhones, and deleting the app deletes them. Signing in does not upload past sessions.

How do I fix an arrow I scored wrong?

Every arrow is confirmed before it counts, and any arrow already recorded can be corrected: tap it in the scorecard and enter the right value, or drag the plotted point to the right place. Undo is available at any time during a session.

Why does "Possible causes" say nothing?

It stays quiet until there are enough arrows to mean something — at least six, across at least two ends. It also needs arrows you plotted on the target face; arrows entered on the keypad have no position, so they cannot be analysed.

What is TenX Pro and how do I cancel?

TenX Pro is an auto-renewing monthly subscription that adds combined trends across sessions, filtering by face, distance and conditions, and exports. Everything else, including all scoring, stays free.

To cancel, open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, and choose TenX Pro. Cancelling at least 24 hours before the period ends stops the next renewal. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple, so we cannot cancel or refund on your behalf — but write to us and we will help you find the right place.

I paid but Pro is not unlocked

Open the Me tab and tap Restore purchases, making sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account that made the purchase. If it still does not unlock, email us and include the date of purchase.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to the Me tab and tap Delete account. This removes the account and the records held for it on our server. Sessions stored on your iPhone are separate — delete the app to remove those.

Is my data sent anywhere?

Scores and arrow positions stay on your device. If you sign in, we hold your email address and a user ID so the account works. There are no analytics and no ads. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

常见问题

必须注册才能用吗？

不需要。记分、记分表、对手成绩、标记功能，不登录全都能用。使用 Apple 登录是可选的，只增加两件事：把成绩保存到历史记录，以及解锁落点分析。

登录后以前的成绩不见了

成绩存在手机本地，不在云端，因此不会在设备之间同步，删除 App 也会一并删除。登录不会把以前的成绩传上来。

记错的一箭怎么改？

每一箭都要确认后才计入；已经记下的任何一箭也能改：在记分表里点它重新输入环值，或者把靶面上的落点拖到正确位置。记分过程中随时可以撤销。

"可能原因"为什么没有内容？

箭数不够时它不会给出任何原因——至少要 6 支箭、跨 2 组以上。它还需要你在靶面上点过落点的箭；用键盘输入的箭没有位置信息，无法参与分析。

TenX Pro 是什么？怎么取消？

TenX Pro 是按月自动续订的订阅，额外提供多场趋势合并、按靶面距离与环境筛选，以及成绩导出。其余功能（包括全部记分功能）始终免费。

取消方式：打开 iPhone 的「设置」，点最上面你的名字，进入「订阅」，选择 TenX Pro。在订阅期结束前至少 24 小时取消，下一期就不会续订。扣款与退款由苹果处理，我们无法代为取消或退款，但你写信给我们，我们会帮你找到对应的入口。

已经付款了，但 Pro 没解锁

打开「我的」标签页，点「恢复购买」，并确认当前登录的是当初付款的那个 Apple 账户。如果仍然没解锁，写邮件给我们，附上购买日期。

怎么删除账号？

在 App 里进入「我的」标签页，点「删除账号」。这会删除账号本身以及服务器上与之关联的记录。存在手机里的成绩是另一回事，删除 App 即可清除。

我的数据会被传走吗？

成绩和落点只存在你的设备上。如果你登录了，我们会保存你的邮箱地址和一个用户 ID，用来维持账号。没有任何统计分析，也没有广告。详见隐私政策。
