We reply in English or Chinese, usually within two business days. Please mention “Units” in the subject, and tell us your iPhone model and iOS version if something is going wrong.
Common questions
Do I need an account?
No. The app has no accounts, no ads and no purchases.
Exchange rates look out of date
Rates are updated once a day. Open the Currency screen while online and pull down to refresh. They are mid-market reference rates, so your bank or card rate will differ.
How do I change the order of currencies?
On the Currency screen, tap the arrows button at the top right, then drag the handles. Untick a currency to hide it.
How do I change the input unit?
Tap the unit button next to the number, or touch and hold any result and choose “Use as input unit”.
How do I switch language?
Tap the gear at the top right of the home screen and choose English or 简体中文.
I found a mistake in a formula or constant
Please email us the name of the formula and what looks wrong. We will correct it in the next update. Formulas and constants are provided for reference; check important calculations against an authoritative source.
Are the loan and pension calculators financial advice?
No. They are rough estimates from general formulas and the assumptions you enter. They are not financial, investment or retirement advice.

需要注册账号吗？
不需要。应用没有账号、没有广告，也没有任何付费项目。
汇率看起来不是最新的
汇率每天更新一次。联网状态下打开汇率页，下拉即可刷新。显示的是参考中间价，和银行或刷卡的实际汇率会有差别。
怎样调整货币的顺序？
在汇率页点右上角的上下箭头按钮，拖动每行右侧的把手；取消左侧的勾可以隐藏该货币。
怎样更换输入单位？
点数字旁边的单位按钮，或者长按任意一行结果，选择“设为输入单位”。
怎样切换语言？
点首页右上角的齿轮，选择简体中文或 English。
发现公式或常数有错
请把公式名称和有疑问的地方发邮件告诉我们，我们会在下一次更新中改正。公式和常数供参考之用，重要的计算请与权威资料核对。
贷款和养老金计算算理财建议吗？
不算。它们是按通用公式和你填写的假设做的粗略估算，不构成理财、投资或退休规划建议。
